By downloading, installing, or using the Dinkr Messaging application ("Dinkr", "the App", "our Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

By using Dinkr, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You have read and understood our Privacy Policy

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dinkr Messaging Pty Ltd, an Australian company ("we", "us", "our").

2. User Conduct

You are responsible for your use of Dinkr and any content you share through our Service. You agree to use Dinkr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use Dinkr to:

Send, share, or store any illegal content or material
Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity
Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

Note: Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

3. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Our Privacy Commitment

  • We do not store personal data on our servers
  • Messages are encrypted end-to-end
  • Messages are automatically deleted after 5 days
  • We never sell or share your information

By using Dinkr, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using our Service at any time. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or via our Account Deletion page.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dinkr at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Engaging in prohibited activities
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Unexpected technical or security issues
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Discontinuation of the Service (in whole or in part)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify users of significant changes.

  • Prominent notice on our website
  • Update to this Terms of Use page

Your continued use of Dinkr after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
